4. Orders
Orders may be placed online, by email, or in writing. Please contact us for further assistance. All products are sold on a non-exchange basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will inform you promptly. Due to the natural characteristics of preserved flowers and handcrafted arrangements, slight variations in colour, texture, size, and overall appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
6. Payment Terms
Payments may be made by debit card, credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer where agreed in advance. Payment authorisation is required at the time of order. If payment is declined or not successfully completed, the order will not be processed.
7. Delivery
Production time for made-to-order arrangements is typically 3–5 business days.
For in-stock items, delivery across the UAE is generally available within 1–2 days.
Same-day delivery may be available for in-stock items if the order is placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be eligible for next-day delivery at the earliest.
If an order contains one or more backordered items, the earliest available delivery date will be 3 days from the order date.
Delivery dates and times are subject to the destination address, courier availability, operational capacity, and order contents. Any delivery date or timeframe provided is an estimate only unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.
Customers may request a preferred delivery date at checkout. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, a preferred date is not guaranteed unless confirmed by us.
In urgent cases, customers may contact us directly via WhatsApp or other listed contact methods to check same-day or priority delivery availability.
IN BLOOM is not liable for:
- delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading delivery information;
- delivery failure due to recipient or customer unavailability;
- delays caused by the courier, building access restrictions, security procedures, weather, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
- minor variations resulting from stock limitations, seasonal substitutions, or the handmade nature of our products;
- any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delayed or failed delivery.
If specific delivery instructions are provided by the customer, including but not limited to “leave with concierge”, “leave at reception”, “leave with port authorities”, “leave safe”, or “no-signature delivery”, BLOOMING MOON FLOWERS TRADING L.L.C shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or non-receipt once the courier confirms delivery in accordance with those instructions.
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for rescheduling or collection, where applicable. Redelivery may incur additional charges. Unclaimed items may be returned to BLOOMING MOON FLOWERS TRADING L.L.C after the courier’s holding period.
Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted only if:
- the arrangement remains in its original packaging;
- the flowers and arrangement have not been handled, altered, or removed from the packaging beyond reasonable inspection.
To request a return, please email info@inbloom.ae with your order number and reason for the request.
If your order is damaged during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the arrangement and the packaging.
Custom or bespoke arrangements may only be returned if they were damaged during shipping and remain unopened, except where your statutory rights provide otherwise.
9. Social Media Policy
BLOOMING MOON FLOWERS TRADING L.L.C welcomes engagement across social media platforms. All activity must comply with platform rules, applicable laws, and standards of respectful communication. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate, abusive, misleading, or unlawful content and to take further action where necessary.
