Yes. All of our arrangements feature real, natural flowers that have been bio-preserved using a plant-based solution to retain their beauty for months or even years.

How long do preserved flowers last?

With proper care, IN BLOOM flowers can last up to 12 months or more while maintaining their appearance and texture.

What makes preserved flowers different from dried flowers?

Preserved flowers are softer, more vibrant, and more lifelike than dried flowers. They retain the feel of fresh blooms thanks to a gentle preservation process, whereas dried flowers are more brittle and faded.

Do preserved flowers have a scent?

Most preserved flowers are unscented due to the preservation process. However, some natural fragrance may remain faintly in certain varieties.

Are they safe for people with allergies?

Yes. Our flowers are pollen-free and hypoallergenic and eco-friendly, that's making them safe for allergy-prone spaces like bedrooms, offices, and clinics.

Orders & Custom Requests

Can I create a custom flower arrangement?

Absolutely. We offer a bespoke service that lets you choose the colors, flower types, size, and vase style to suit your space or occasion. Start your custom request here.

How do I place an order?

Simply select your preferred arrangement, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process. For custom orders, use the Bespoke Design form or contact us directly via WhatsApp or email.

Can I add a personal message or name to the order?

Yes. During checkout, you can add a note or personalization (such as a name or message), especially for gift boxes and custom designs.

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 working days in advance, especially for custom designs or international deliveries.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. While we can accommodate some changes before production begins, custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and may not be changed once confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
For in-stock items, delivery across the UAE is available within 1–2 days. Same-day delivery may be available for in-stock items if the order is placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery at the earliest. For made-to-order arrangements, please allow 3–5 business days for production. If your order contains one or more backordered items, the earliest available delivery date will be 3 days from the order date.
Do you deliver internationally?

At this time, we primarily deliver across the UAE. If you have a special international request, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Please note that the earliest available date depends on product availability and the time your order is placed.
For in-stock items ordered before 12:00 PM, same-day delivery may be available. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are available for next-day delivery at the earliest. Orders containing backordered items require a minimum of 3 days.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

If the courier is unable to complete the delivery, a redelivery attempt or further instructions may be arranged. The courier may confirm the redelivery date, but not the exact delivery time.
If you provide specific delivery instructions, such as leaving the order with a concierge or reception, responsibility for the order passes once delivery is completed according to your instructions.

Do you deliver to yachts, hotels, or events?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and secure online payments in both AED and USD. Bank transfer is available for corporate orders.

Yes. You can shop and pay in AED or USD, and prices will automatically update based on your selected currency.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! IN BLOOM gift cards are available with custom amounts and personal messages. You can send them instantly or schedule delivery for a special date.

Can I personalize a gift card?

Absolutely. You can add a name, message, and custom amount when purchasing a gift card. The recipient will receive a beautifully designed digital version via email.

Can I use more than one payment method?

At this time, we support single-payment checkout, but if you need help with large or split payments, feel free to contact our support team.

No maintenance is needed. IN BLOOM arrangements don’t require water, sunlight, or trimming — just place and enjoy.

Where should I place my arrangement?

We recommend displaying your arrangement away from direct sunlight, moisture, or heat sources to prevent fading or deterioration.

How do I clean preserved flowers?

Use a soft brush or a gentle blow of cool air to remove dust. Avoid using water, sprays, or cleaning solutions.

Can I display them outdoors?

Our flowers are designed for indoor use. If used outdoors (e.g., on a yacht or terrace), they should be protected from weather and humidity to maintain their look.
