InBloom Bespoke Policy

Quotation and approval

Before payment, InBloom supplies a written quotation or order summary showing the proposed design/specification, price, thirty-percent pre-payment, remaining balance, expected timing and any material assumptions. The customer reviews and approves the final written specification and quotation. Changes requested after approval may require a revised price or date and must be confirmed in writing.

Exact production-start event

The thirty-percent pre-payment is refundable before bespoke production has actually started, subject to any separate mandatory rule. For this Policy, production has started only when all three conditions have occurred:

  1. the customer has approved the final written specification/quotation;
  2. the thirty-percent pre-payment has cleared; and
  3. InBloom has performed the first irreversible material-cutting, assembly, printing, engraving or other order-specific production step.

InBloom normally sends a written production-start confirmation for evidence. The absence of that additional message alone does not keep the pre-payment refundable after the three conditions above have occurred.

Scheduling, discussion, a preliminary concept or receipt of money alone is not the defined production-start event. After that event, the thirty-percent pre-payment is non-refundable for a voluntary cancellation because it is allocated to the bespoke work and materials.

Completion and remaining balance

InBloom may provide an agreed preview or completion confirmation. The customer must identify any material departure from the approved specification promptly. The remaining balance is payable at the stage stated in the accepted quotation, normally before dispatch or collection. Delivery or collection charges and timing are shown before final confirmation.

Mandatory-rights carve-out

The bespoke or non-refundable description does not exclude any mandatory consumer remedy. Remedies remain available where InBloom supplies defective or damaged work, materially departs from the approved specification/design, fails to perform agreed obligations, or another mandatory UAE consumer remedy applies. Where InBloom is legally responsible, it will not charge the customer the supplier-side costs of the required remedy.

Consistency and contact

The accepted quotation, these Bespoke terms, the Terms and Conditions and the Refund and Returns Policy must be read consistently. A negotiated specification controls the design details, but cannot remove mandatory rights.

سياسة إن بلوم للطلبات الخاصة

عرض السعر والاعتماد

قبل الدفع يقدّم إن بلوم عرض سعر أو ملخص طلب مكتوباً يبين التصميم أو المواصفة المقترحة، والسعر، والدفعة المقدمة البالغة ثلاثين بالمائة، والرصيد، والتوقيت المتوقع، وأي افتراضات جوهرية. يراجع العميل المواصفة النهائية وعرض السعر ويعتمدهما. وقد تستلزم التغييرات بعد الاعتماد سعراً أو موعداً جديداً ويجب تأكيدها كتابةً.

الحدث الدقيق لبدء الإنتاج

تظل الدفعة المقدمة قابلة للاسترداد قبل بدء الإنتاج فعلياً، مع مراعاة أي قاعدة إلزامية. ويبدأ الإنتاج فقط بعد تحقق الشروط الثلاثة الآتية: اعتماد العميل المواصفة النهائية أو عرض السعر كتابةً؛ تحصيل الدفعة المقدمة البالغة ثلاثين بالمائة؛ وتنفيذ إن بلوم أول خطوة إنتاجية خاصة بالطلب لا يمكن الرجوع عنها، مثل قطع المواد أو التجميع أو الطباعة أو النقش أو غيرها من الأعمال المادية غير القابلة للعكس.

يرسل إن بلوم عادةً تأكيداً مكتوباً ببدء الإنتاج لأغراض الإثبات. ولا يعني غياب هذه الرسالة الإضافية وحده أن الدفعة تظل قابلة للاسترداد بعد تحقق الشروط الثلاثة. ولا يكفي وحده تحديد الموعد أو النقاش أو الفكرة الأولية أو استلام المال لبدء الإنتاج. بعد بدء الإنتاج تكون الدفعة غير قابلة للاسترداد عند الإلغاء الطوعي لأنها خُصصت للعمل والمواد الخاصة.

الإكمال والرصيد

يجوز لإن بلوم تقديم معاينة متفق عليها أو تأكيد إكمال. على العميل الإبلاغ سريعاً عن أي اختلاف جوهري عن المواصفة المعتمدة. يُدفع الرصيد في المرحلة المبينة في عرض السعر المقبول، وعادة قبل الإرسال أو الاستلام. وتُعرض رسوم وموعد التوصيل أو الاستلام قبل التأكيد النهائي.

استثناء الحقوق الإلزامية من القيود

لا تستبعد صفة «مصنوع حسب الطلب» أو «غير قابل للاسترداد» أي علاج إلزامي. تظل العلاجات متاحة إذا قدم إن بلوم عملاً معيباً أو تالفاً، أو اختلف مادياً عن المواصفة أو التصميم المعتمد، أو لم ينفذ التزاماته، أو انطبق علاج إلزامي آخر للمستهلك. وإذا كان إن بلوم مسؤولاً قانوناً فلا يحمّل العميل تكاليف العلاج التي تقع على المورّد.

الاتساق والتواصل

يجب قراءة عرض السعر المقبول وهذه السياسة والشروط والأحكام وسياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع بصورة متسقة. تتحكم المواصفة المتفاوض عليها في تفاصيل التصميم، لكنها لا تلغي الحقوق الإلزامية.
