At IN BLOOM, bespoke arrangements are created individually for each client. This policy explains how we handle consultation, quotation, production, approval, payment, and delivery for custom floral projects.
Consultation & Quotation
We begin by discussing your preferences, style references, color palette, size, and budget to prepare an approximate quotation for your bespoke arrangement.
Pre-Payment Confirmation
To proceed with the creation process, a non-refundable pre-payment of 30% is required, depending on the complexity and customization of the order.
Creation Process
Once the pre-payment is received, our florists begin crafting your arrangement. Throughout the process, we will share updates and previews to ensure everything aligns with your vision.
Client Approval
Before finalizing the arrangement, we will send the completed design for your approval. Minor adjustments can be discussed at this stage if needed.
Final Payment & Delivery
After approval, the remaining balance is settled, and we arrange delivery or pickup at the agreed time.
