This website is operated and controlled by IN BLOOM from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and is governed by the laws of the UAE. All electronic interactions with the website are deemed to take place in the UAE.


3. Copyright & Trademarks

All content on this site is the property of IN BLOOM or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any part of the site without prior written permission.

All rights to trademarks, service marks, brand names, logos, and designs owned by IN BLOOM are reserved and may not be used without express written consent.


4. Orders

Orders may be placed online, by email, or in writing. Please contact us for further assistance. All products are sold on a non-exchange basis unless otherwise agreed.


5. Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will inform you promptly. Due to the natural nature of preserved flowers, variations in color and texture from images on the website are to be expected.


6. Payment Terms

Payments may be made via debit/credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer (by agreement). Payment authorization is required at the time of order. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.


7. Delivery

  • Production time for custom orders: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery time for in-stock bouquets: 2–3 business days (UAE)
  • Delivery times vary by address and courier service.

IN BLOOM is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information
  • Non-delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Variations in quantity due to stock limitations
  • Any direct or indirect loss resulting from delayed delivery

If specific courier instructions are provided (e.g. “leave at reception” or “with port authorities”), we are not responsible for non-receipt where the courier has a valid proof of delivery (POD).

If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave a notice for re-delivery or depot collection. Items not collected within the courier’s holding period will be returned to IN BLOOM. Redelivery may incur additional charges.

Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment is received. Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.


8. Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted if:

  • The arrangement remains in its original packaging insert
  • The flowers have not been handled or removed

To request a return, email info@inbloom.ae with your order number.

In case of damage during transit, email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the bouquet and packaging.

Custom (bespoke) arrangements can only be returned if damaged during shipping and left unopened. This does not affect your statutory rights.


9. Social Media Policy

IN BLOOM welcomes engagement across social media platforms. All activity must adhere to platform guidelines and applicable laws. Inappropriate or abusive content may result in removal and possible legal action.
