At IN BLOOM Boutique, we take great care in crafting and delivering every arrangement. Due to the delicate nature of our preserved flowers, we kindly ask that you review our return and refund terms below before placing your order.


Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The arrangement must not be removed from the protective packaging insert in which it was delivered.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@inbloom.ae with your order number. We will provide return instructions and address details.


Custom Orders

Bespoke (custom-made) arrangements are non-refundable, unless they were damaged in transit and remain in their original packaging.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@inbloom.ae with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage to both the bouquet and the packaging

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage during delivery.
