Production & Delivery Time

Each arrangement is crafted with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for production.
For in-stock items, delivery across the UAE is available within 1–2 days.
If your order is placed before 12:00 PM, same-day delivery may be available for in-stock items.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be eligible for next-day delivery at the earliest.

If your order contains one or more backordered items, the earliest available delivery date will be
3 days from the order date.

Courier & Responsibility

Delivery timing depends on the destination address and courier availability.
We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details,
recipient unavailability, missed deliveries, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you provide specific delivery instructions, such as “leave with concierge” or
“leave with port authorities,” we cannot be held responsible for any loss or missing items
once the courier confirms delivery was completed according to your instructions.
“Leave safe” or “no-signature” delivery instructions waive the right to claim for missing or damaged items.

Missed Delivery

If the courier is unable to complete the delivery, a redelivery attempt or further instructions may be arranged.
Please note:

• The courier may confirm the date of redelivery, but not the exact delivery time.
• Unclaimed packages may be returned to IN BLOOM after the courier’s holding period.

Address Changes

Once an order has been processed and handed over for delivery, address changes are not guaranteed
and may incur an additional redirection fee.

Ownership & Risk

All products remain the property of IN BLOOM until full payment has been received in full.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
