Production & Delivery Time

Each arrangement is crafted with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for production.
For in-stock items, standard delivery across the UAE is available within 2–3 business days.

Courier & Responsibility

Delivery time depends on the destination address and courier availability.
We are not liable for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect address details, missed deliveries, or customer unavailability.

If you provide specific courier instructions (e.g., “leave with concierge” or “with port authorities”), we cannot be held responsible for any missing items if the courier confirms delivery was made according to your request. “Leave safe” or “no-signature” deliveries waive your right to claim missing or damaged items.

Missed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver the package, they will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling.
Please note:

• Couriers can confirm date of redelivery, but not exact time.

• Unclaimed packages will be returned to IN BLOOM after the courier’s holding period.

Address Changes

Once your order has been processed and passed to the courier, address changes are not guaranteed and may incur an extra charge if redirection is requested.

Ownership & Risk

All products remain the property of IN BLOOM until full payment is received.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
