How do I place an order?
Simply select your preferred arrangement, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process. For custom orders, use the Bespoke Design form or contact us directly via WhatsApp or email.
Can I add a personal message or name to the order?
Yes. During checkout, you can add a note or personalization (such as a name or message), especially for gift boxes and custom designs.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 working days in advance, especially for custom designs or international deliveries.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. While we can accommodate some changes before production begins, custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and may not be changed once confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
In-stock bouquets are typically delivered within 2–3 working days across the UAE. For custom or made-to-order designs, please allow 3–5 working days for production, not including delivery time.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we offer international delivery for select products. Please contact us with your destination and product choice so we can provide shipping options and estimated timelines.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes. At checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date. For special events or tight deadlines, we recommend reaching out to confirm availability.
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
Our couriers require a signature. If you're unavailable, a delivery attempt will be made, and a notification will be left with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect the item from a local depot.
